2. Personal Data We Process
We only process personal data that you provide to us directly through:
- Contact communication — your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message when you contact us by e-mail.
- Job applications — your name, contact details, CV and any other information you include when applying for a position.
This website does not use any tracking cookies, analytics tools or third-party services (e.g. Google Analytics). No personal data is processed simply by browsing this website.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be transferred to:
- Processors providing IT infrastructure and cloud services (Microsoft Azure), bound by a data processing agreement.
- Public authorities where required by law.
We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
5. Your Rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Right of access — you have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and, if so, to receive a copy.
- Right to rectification — you have the right to request correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete personal data.
- Right to erasure — you have the right to request deletion of your personal data when the grounds for processing no longer apply.
- Right to restriction of processing — you have the right to request restriction of processing in cases provided for by law.
- Right to data portability — you have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
